LOVE YOU, LOVE YOGA

Pregnancy is a time of change — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Pre-natal yoga provides a safe, nurturing space to move, breathe, and relax as your body adapts. Classes focus on gentle postures to ease tension, improve posture, and strengthen key muscle groups that support you through pregnancy and birth.
 

Each session includes breathwork and guided relaxation to calm the mind and prepare you for labour. Our teaching approach is supportive and adaptable, allowing you to practise at your own pace and comfort level.
 

Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these classes help you feel grounded, confident, and connected with your growing baby.
