INTRODUCING

LOVE YOU, LOVE YOGA

Meet Natalie, founder and teacher at Loveyouloveyoga.  She is passionate about helping you discover balance, strength, and serenity—both on and off the mat. With a warm, encouraging presence and a teaching style rooted in mindfulness she creates classes that meet you exactly where you are.
 

Drawing from traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices,  Natalie weaves together movement, breath, and stillness into a practice that feels both grounding and uplifting. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find space in her classes to explore your body, quieten your mind, and reconnect with your inner self.
 

For Natalie, yoga is more than a sequence of postures—it’s a pathway to presence, resilience, and joy. Each session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate the tools you need to move through life with greater ease.
