Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, energising yoga class that combines the breath with movement in a flowing yoga sequence. Asanas (postures) are linked in flowing sequences that build heat, strength, flexibility and focus. This class offers a moving meditation that challenges the body while calming the mind.
