Service Description

A day to slow down, breathe, create and reconnect. Join us for a beautiful day combining the mindful movement of yoga with the creativity of pottery — a chance to step away from the everyday and enjoy some time completely for yourself. We’ll begin with a energising morning flow yoga practice followed by the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra. After a delicious, nutritious lunch, we’ll move into a hands-on pottery workshop led by Raquel where you’ll have the opportunity to explore your creativity and create something beautiful with your own hands. There’s something wonderfully calming about working with clay — slowing down, getting your hands dirty and allowing yourself to simply enjoy the process rather than focusing on the finished piece. Alongside yoga and pottery, there will be time to pause, enjoy delicious food lovingly prepared by Nevs Kitchen and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Expect a day filled with movement, creativity, connection and plenty of space to simply be.
