We’ll begin with an energising yoga flow followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, creating space to move, breathe and let go of the busyness of everyday life. Then, surrounded by seasonal foliage and beautiful natural materials, you’ll be guided through a Christmas wreath-making workshop by the lovely Jane where you can create your very own unique wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season. There will be time to relax, enjoy delicious food lovingly prepared by Nevs Kitchen and soak up the atmosphere, making this the perfect opportunity to pause before the Christmas festivities begin. Whether you come alone, with a friend or as a special festive treat for yourself, this is a day to unwind, get creative and enjoy some precious time away from the Christmas to-do list.
