INTRODUCING

LOVE YOU, LOVE YOGA

Our Mum and Baby Yoga classes offer a relaxed, nurturing environment where mothers can reconnect with their bodies and share precious time with their little ones. Classes include gentle postnatal stretches, breathwork, and simple baby interaction to support recovery and connection.
 

You’ll learn movements that ease tension, strengthen the core, and improve posture after birth — all while bonding with your baby in a calm, friendly space. Each class ends with guided relaxation, leaving both mum and baby feeling settled and content.

These sessions are suitable from around six weeks postpartum (once cleared by your GP) and are open to all experience levels.
